Terms of service
Last updated: October 22, 2026
By adding Warden's Post to a server or signing in to its dashboard, you agree to these terms.
Using the bot
- You must follow the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- Only people with the right to manage a server should add the bot to it. You are responsible for how the bot is configured and used in your server, including the moderation actions you or your team take with it.
- Do not use the bot to harass people, spam, break the law, or to try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the bot or its hosting.
Availability
The bot is provided free of charge and "as is". We do our best to keep it running and your settings safe, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of mistakes, and features can change. Keep your own record of anything important, such as moderation decisions.
Moderation tools
Automod and similar features make automatic decisions based on rules you set. They can be wrong. Review your settings, and check the mod log when someone reports an issue.
Paid options
Core features are free. Warden's Post also has an optional Premium plan for a server (higher limits, scheduled posts, analytics and branding). While it is in its launch period every server has Premium at no cost; we will announce before charging begins.
- Premium is per server. It can come from a Discord subscription, a code, a one-time 7-day trial, or a grant from us.
- Subscriptions bought through Discord are billed, renewed and cancelled by Discord under its terms. Cancel any time; Premium continues to the end of the period you paid for.
- When Premium ends, nothing is deleted. Things you already created keep working, but new items above the free limits cannot be added, and Premium-only extras (such as more than the free number of active scheduled posts) are paused until you renew.
- Refunds follow Discord's policy for Discord purchases. For anything bought elsewhere, contact us through the support server.
- Prices are shown in the dashboard and on the home page and may change for future purchases.

Removal
We may remove the bot from a server, or block access to the dashboard, if these terms are broken. You can remove the bot at any time from your server's settings. See the privacy policy for what happens to your data afterwards.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using, or not being able to use, the bot.
